Daksha Baumann is inviting you to a scheduled Zoom meeting. This yoga session, lasting between 45-60 minutes will encourage flexibility, strength and a general feeling of calm well-being. Participants can perform the first half of the session fully seated and the second half in a combination of seated, partially supported by a chair or fully standing with a chair close at hand. Gather some props before the first session: chair without arms, sticky mat and small rolled towel or soft tie. Participants are encouraged to engage the movements at their personal comfort level and to make adjustments that suit their body. If a movement is not feeling good, back off or sit that one out.
The ZOOM platform is new for me and most likely our first sessions will see some awkward glitches. I am open to any offer of technical advice.
Like many RFS events, these chair yoga zooms will follow the PRICELESS format. Keep track of your attendance and then send a check every now and then for the amount you wish to donate to:
