Buddhist Dharma Talks, Discussion and Meditation Practice in the Plum Village Tradition

Sonia is an ordained Interfaith Minister and holds a Doctorate in Interfaith Studies. With over two decades in the exploration and teaching of comparative world religions, Sonia is currently a practicing Buddhist, and an aspirant for ordination in Thich Nhat Hanh’s, Order of Interbeing. Each evening session will include either a short reading or talk, discussion, and seated meditation. 

No experience necessary, all are welcome. Donations gladly accepted but not required.
