Women's Circle

This month's circle will be spending unstructured time together - tea and crumpets and hors d'oeuvres of your choosing!  It will be an opportunity to connect, reconnect and recreate with each other after the challenges of our pandemic year.

We will be meeting IN PERSON at the Sanctuary. Gather in the newly renovated kitchen space. 

Chair Yoga

Daksha Baumann is inviting you to a scheduled Zoom meeting.  This yoga session, lasting between 45-60 minutes will encourage flexibility, strength and a general feeling of calm well-being.  Participants can perform the first half of the session fully seated and the second half in a combination of seated, partially supported by a chair or fully standing with a chair close at hand.  Gather some props before the first session: chair without arms, sticky mat and small rolled towel or soft tie.  Participants are encouraged to engage the movements at their personal comfort l
